Our Move-in service provides a written agreement for you and your landlord detailing the condition of the property at the beginning of your tenancy. Any existing damage is noted and documented so it is not an issue when you hand back the property at the end of your assignment.
The report describes the home based on information stated in the contract and on statements from the landlord and the tenant. It is a fully detailed report and includes pictures of all rooms, items, appliances, etc. This is signed by the agency renting to you or your assignees and depending on the country, may be extremely valuable when vacating the property at the end of the assignment.
