Environmental Policy

Aspire Mobility Group A/S has always focused on delivering quality in all our services to our customers while considering environmental efforts.

Aspire Mobility Group has, since the year 2000, been certified according to the industry-specific quality standard FAIM (FIDI Accredited International Mover). In 2012, Aspire Mobility Group decided to systemize our approach and efforts towards the environment by implementing an ISO 14001 environmental management system.

All certifications are integrated into this Environmental Policy.

Our Quality and Environmental Management System ensures that we continuously control our processes, activities, and competencies toward improved environmental performance and document and report our results. Our Management continuously reviews the management system, making adjustments to ensure that we meet our quality and environmental goals.

The Environmental Manual is a collection of procedures describing how we comply with each standard requirement and expect all customer service-related tasks to be documented and executed. The manual is a very useful tool to achieve high quality in our day-to-day business. It will help structure our daily routines, introduce new staff to business procedures, achieve consistency, introduce change and monitor our quality.

As a certified company, we are committed to maintaining high-quality environmental efforts at all times. All employees are responsible for ensuring quality in every aspect of our business by following the procedures outlined.

If employees have suggestions, comments, or ideas regarding procedures in the manual, or if there are doubts about compliance with requirements in the manual, please get in touch with your manager.

Aspire Mobility has implemented a certified ISO 14001 management system so that we can systematically and effectively optimize our environmental conditions.

Comply with legal requirements and safety regulations in the environmental field, which relate to our work, and report to stakeholders promptly and transparently.

We are committed to protecting the environment and preventing pollution. Therefore, we will strive for continuous improvements that reduce the environmental impact of our activities, taking into account our technical, financial, and business framework.

We will maintain a management system that maintains a solid database at all times, from which we can measure our impact on the environment and set targets for continuous improvement.

We will increase the employees' environmental awareness and competencies within the environment and ensure that the individual employee in the daily work situation has responsibility and powers regarding the environmental management of their work.

  • We will report and communicate our environmental performance both internally and externally to stakeholders.
  • We increase our customers' environmental awareness through relevant advice and service provision.
  • We make environmental-related demands on our suppliers and assess them on environmental improvement measures.
  • Engage with our suppliers in stakeholder dialogue and partnerships.
  • We want to ensure that we purchase environmentally friendly products and choose sustainable alternatives to conventional purchases.
  • Promote more sustainable processes.

The environmental policy applies to all Aspire Mobility Group A/S employees. The obligation to continually improve the management system to improve environmental performance is ongoing for everyone in the company. In addition, we must reduce the company's resource consumption within the environmental policy's action areas.
